Overview

The Gb99 Affiliate Program rewards partners who introduce players to Gb99 and who comply with the terms of participation. The program is governed by the Affiliate Agreement and establishes the rights and duties of the affiliate, the tracking of referrals, the calculation of commissions, and compliance with applicable law.

Eligibility and Registration

  • Affiliates must be legally capable persons at least 18 years of age.
  • Participation is limited to jurisdictions where Gb99 may lawfully offer online gambling and where affiliates are legally permitted to market online gambling products.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate information during registration and comply with KYC/AML requirements as Gb99 may request at any time.
  • Affiliates must not engage in prohibited marketing practices, including misrepresentations, deceptive claims, or targeting of restricted groups or jurisdictions.

Tracking, Attribution and Reporting

  • Each referred player's activity is tracked via a unique affiliate tracking identifier provided to the affiliate at registration.
  • The attribution window for a referred player is sixty (60) days from the last click on the affiliate link. Credit is awarded to the affiliate whose tracking identifier initiated the eligible activity.
  • A real-time reporting portal displays key metrics including referrals, deposits, net revenue, and commissions. Monthly statements are issued for reconciliation.

Commission Structure

Base commission is calculated on net revenue generated by referred players. Net revenue means the gross revenue generated by referred players after deductions for bonuses, refunds, and chargebacks, as determined by Gb99. The affiliate’s commission rate increases with performance as set out below, up to a cap of fifty percent (50%).

  • Base rate: 10% of net revenue.
  • Tiered increases: for every one thousand dollars ($1,000) of referred net revenue in a calendar month, the commission rate increases by five percentage points (5%), up to a maximum of 50%.
  • Example: If a calendar month yields $3,400 in referred net revenue, the applicable rate equals 10% + 3×5% = 25%. The commission for that month is 25% of the net revenue attributed to the affiliate.

Level Up Rewards and Promotions

In addition to ongoing commissions, Gb99 offers Level Up Rewards based on referred player progression. For each referred player who advances to defined milestones, the affiliate earns a fixed reward per milestone per referred player. Rewards are capped at two hundred dollars ($200) per referral and are payable within the normal payout cycle after the milestone is verified. The milestones and reward amounts are described in the affiliate portal and may be updated from time to time with notice.

Payouts, Scheduling and Tax

  • Minimum payout threshold: one hundred dollars ($100) or equivalent in the settlement currency.
  • Payout frequency: monthly, subject to achievement of the minimum threshold in the prior settlement period.
  • Payout methods: bank transfer or approved e-wallets; currency settlement is in USD, EUR, or GBP unless otherwise specified in writing by Gb99.
  • Payments are processed within fifteen (15) business days following the end of the settlement period, subject to successful verification of activity and any applicable compliance checks.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to earnings and Gb99 may withhold amounts required by law or regulation.

Marketing, Brand Use and Compliance

Affiliates may only use Gb99-approved marketing materials and messaging. Deviations from approved creatives, branding, or messages require prior written approval. Affiliates must not engage in false, misleading, or deceptive advertising, nor may they misrepresent Gb99 products, terms, or odds. Marketing activities must not target underage individuals or jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or illegal, and affiliates must not offer inducements outside the scope of Gb99 approved promotions.

Compliance, Fraud and Termination

Gb99 reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity for compliance with this program and applicable law. Any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or circumvention of the tracking system may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account, withholding or clawback of commissions, and potential legal remedies. In the event of termination, Gb99 will settle any outstanding amounts in accordance with the then-current payout schedule, subject to verification of activity.

Data Privacy and Security

Gb99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates and referred players have rights to access, rectify, and delete personal data as provided by law. Gb99 implements reasonable security measures to protect data and will cooperate with data subjects and regulatory authorities in relation to data processing activities related to the Affiliate Program.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Affiliate Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gb99 is incorporated. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, or, at Gb99’s option, by binding arbitration in accordance with a recognized arbitration body and its rules.
