  • Spend limits: players may cap the total amount spent in a given period. Decreases are effective immediately; increases after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

Self-Exclusion Options

Self-exclusion may be requested in the following forms and durations, applied to all Gb99 products and platforms:

  • Temporary self-exclusion: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During the exclusion period, deposits and wagers are prohibited and promotional offers are disabled. Self-exclusion also prevents creation of new accounts on Gb99 and applies across all Gb99 properties.
  • Permanent self-exclusion: indefinite exclusion from Gb99 products. A written request for revocation may be submitted, and reactivation will occur only after a cooling-off period of seven calendar days following the request. Gb99 reserves the right to refuse reactivation if there are continued concerns regarding problem gambling. Reactivation will take a reasonable time to implement.

Reality Check and Break Reminders

Gb99 provides a reminder tool to assist players in monitoring session duration. The tool prompts at user-defined intervals while gambling, offering options to continue, review history, or log out.

If you are concerned about your gambling or that of someone else, you may access information and support from independent organizations that specialise in problem gambling. Gb99 will provide clear information about how to contact these services through internal channels. Gb99 does not provide medical or psychological advice and recommends seeking professional assistance where appropriate.

Compliance, Data Handling and Security

Gb99 will retain records related to age verification, limit settings and self-exclusion events in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the company’s privacy policy. Any processing of personal data for responsible gaming purposes will be conducted in a secure and proportionate manner, and only to the extent necessary to enforce this policy and comply with regulatory obligations.

Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of a player’s account, forfeiture of winnings, or other corrective measures in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law. Gb99 reserves the right to take all reasonable actions to protect players and to comply with regulatory requirements.
